2. Purpose

The purpose of the website is to provide information about the services of Velosipio SL, allow users to book appointments, and facilitate contact through the available channels (contact form, WhatsApp, and telephone).

3. Conditions of access and use

The user undertakes to use the website in accordance with the law, these Terms and Conditions, generally accepted moral standards and good customs, and public order.

Use of the website for unlawful purposes or in a way that is harmful to Velosipio SL or third parties is prohibited, as is any action that may damage, disable, overload, or impair the website or prevent its normal operation.

The user guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided when completing forms on the website and shall be responsible for any damage or loss arising from false or inaccurate information.

4. Booking system

4.1. Booking process

The user may book appointments through the system enabled on the website. By confirming a booking, the user accepts the specific conditions of the selected service, including the indicated date, time, and price.

4.2. Confirmation

A booking shall be deemed confirmed once the user receives the corresponding confirmation by email or through the communication channel used. Velosipio SL reserves the right to reject bookings for reasons of availability or operational constraints.

4.3. Cancellations and changes

The user may cancel or modify their booking by giving at least 24 hours’ notice before the appointment time, through the contact channels indicated. Cancellations made outside this period may be subject to charges in accordance with the conditions communicated at the time of booking.

4.4. Failure to attend

In the event of a no-show without prior notice, Velosipio SL may apply the corresponding charges and reserves the right to limit the user’s future bookings.

5. Prices and payments

The prices of the services are displayed on the website and include the applicable VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Payment is made through the payment gateway integrated into the website. Velosipio SL does not store bank card data; such data is managed directly by the payment gateway provider in accordance with the security measures required by the PCI-DSS standard.

Velosipio SL reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting bookings already confirmed.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), the right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts for the provision of services whose performance has begun, with the consumer’s prior express consent, and with their acknowledgment that they are aware they will lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.

For services that have not yet been provided, the user may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the confirmation of the booking by notifying support@qmanda.ai.

7. Intellectual and industrial property

All website content (texts, images, logos, graphic design, source code, trademarks, and other elements) is the property of Velosipio SL or of third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected by current intellectual and industrial property legislation.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or any other form of exploitation of the website contents without the express prior written authorization of Velosipio SL is prohibited.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. Velosipio SL is not responsible for the content, privacy policy, or practices of third-party websites. Access to such websites is under the sole responsibility of the user.

9. Limitation of liability

Velosipio SL does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the website and shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruptions, errors or technical failures, computer viruses, or improper use of the website by users.

Velosipio SL reserves the right to suspend, modify, or interrupt access to the website without prior notice for technical, security, maintenance, or any other justified reason.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the website or the purchase of services, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s place of residence when the user is a consumer, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

We also inform you that the European Commission provides consumers with an online dispute resolution platform, accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Amendments

Velosipio SL reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments shall enter into force upon their publication on the website. Continued use of the website after the publication of changes implies acceptance of those changes.
